    Description
    Extension Architecture is an architectural and town planning practice based in London. Our portfolio spans from mainly fine high-end residential projects to significant undertakings in the public sector.

    We are seeking a full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager at Extension Architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project coordination, construction management, budgeting, and various other project management tasks. Planning and establishing project objectives, schedules, and budgets for construction projects.
    Overseeing procurement and contract management, ensuring compliance, and resolving contract-related issues.
    Supervising project execution to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
    Controlling project budgets, tracking expenses, and implementing cost control measures.
    Assessing and mitigating project risks through effective risk management strategies.
    Leading and managing project teams, assigning tasks, and fostering collaboration.
    Maintaining project documentation and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
    Implementing quality control measures to ensure project compliance with standards.
    Facilitating project closeout and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
