Friday 30 June 2023- Salary: £29,833 - £38,13- Contract type: Permanent / Working hours: Full time- Location: Callow Rock Offices, Shipham Road, Cheddar, Somerset, BS27 3DQ- With opportunities for hybrid working- The sales subsidiary of Somerset Wildlife Trust is expanding and we're looking for people to join us through income generating roles which will help us deliver our strategy for nature's recovery.

Do you have experience in land management? Are you from a sales-driven background and looking to use your skills to aid nature's recovery? If so then we'd love to hear from you.

As Commercial Land Management Advice Consultant you will seek commercial opportunities to develop and deliver high-quality services to a range of land managers and communities that stimulate nature's recovery.


You will deliver innovative land management advice that maximizes the use of emerging funding mechanisms such as the Environmental Land Management Scheme, Biodiversity Net Gain, trading carbon credits and delivering nutrient neutrality.


You will work in multi-disciplinary teams alongside both Somerset Wildlife Trust, SWT (Sales) Ltd and the Somerset Environmental Records Centre (SERC) to deliver a range of basic, standard and bespoke land management advice.
