JOB TITLE:
General operative

DEPARTMENT:
Foiling/injection moulding

MAIN PURPOSE:
Pack all products and assist production

REPORTS TO:
Foiling Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Produce all products within the foiling department
Assist setters to run the foiling lines when required
Pack all products within the foiling/3D departments & injection moulding
Hit relevant KPI's.

TASKS:

Work area and surrounding area to be kept clean and tidy at all times.
Ensure all work is carried out within current Health & Safety standards, reporting any failure/defects to your manager.
Be able to hit relevant KPI's; i.e run speeds, OTIF, scrap levels, tool change times.
Be able to spray, foil & trim all products within the 3D department.
Be able to assist foiling setters in running the line i.e feed in or cut off on all lines.
Be able to pack all products within the foiling & 3D departments.
Be able to pack all products in the injection moulding departments.

OUTPUT:

KPI's (as above)

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to work reasonable amounts of overtime to cover holidays and sickness as required.
Must be able to work 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off shift pattern if required.
Must be able to complete the training requirements to comply with tasks involved in the role.
