OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an Return logistics Administrator to join our rapidly growing team in Leeds, UK. The role of the Return logistics Administrator is a critical part of ensuring our returns are collected and received at our 3rd party returns partner and allowing us to successfully deploy our company's mission to support our customer's
As a Return Logistics Administrator you will be responsible for overseeing the successful collection and delivery of returns orders to meet SharkNinja's expectations, provide customer service to our retailers and internal stakeholders as well as perform general administrative tasks.
Previous Logistics experience is preferable, however a good attention to details and being a 'team player' are equally important. IT literacy and the willingness to learn are also relevant.
- Running reports and extracting date from internal systems to determine open requirements and subsequent prioritisation of workload and requests accordingly.
- Updating internal systems & reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
- Raising purchase orders and tracking through to delivery.
- Ensuring return of goods / assets are processed efficiently.
- Communicating with retailers with updates on collection pick ups and lead times.
- Liaising with external (3PLs) and internal departments
- Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers and internal departments.
- Resolving queries relating to supplier and or distributor invoices.
- Proactively responding to nonstandard outcomes and taking corrective action to resolve
ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS (REQUIREMENTS):
- Drive, ambition and enthusiasm to deliver results and progress within the organization
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadline driven environment
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy: Excel, Outlook, Word, ERP systems
- Experience working within a logistics/supply chain environment
- Experience collaborating cross functionally and working towards a common goal
- Quick learner, willing to dive into new topics, both technical and nontechnical
- Strong eye for detail and organizational skills
- Proactive and able to work to deadlines
- Excellent work ethic and ability to multitask
