    Description
    Job Description Business Analyst - Financial Services

    A Financial Services organisation in the City of London is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Reference Data team, and across the wider Business and Data Service functions.

    The ideal candidate is a team player who will have had some exposure to working in a Financial Services environment.

    This person will be working in a cross-functional environment with both business and IT stakeholders as part of a Service Team delivering change.


    You responsibilities will include:

    Working with key stakeholders of the Service Team to perform BA duties, including capturing use stories, determining acceptance criteria, and story refinement.

    Be able to facilitate various ceremonies to deliver change
    Assist with change management processes and procedures
    Develop a solid working understanding of the organisation's Enterprise Data Model
    Become an SME in Reference Data


    Your background will include:
    Good skills in Business Analysis
    Knowledge of Agile techniques and Business Driven Development.
    Experience in a Financial Services environment
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

    This is a permanent position operating on a hybrid work setup of 3 days per week in the office.
