Do you have an eye for detail, good organisational skills and previous experience in administration?


We have a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a very established charitable organisation working on a Dual Site Basis ( 2 days near Bangor & 1 day in Rhyl) You will be working closely with a great team of people team in a varied role that will include administrative support and front of house responsibilities.


Your main responsibilities are going to be:

  • Providing administration support
  • Welcoming clients and visitors to the site
  • Maintaining and updating the database
  • Taking responsibility for general office organisation, and management
  • Organising bookings for meeting rooms
  • Diary management for events, logistics, and training
We are keen to see your CV if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • Confident communicating, including in writing, in both Welsh and English
  • Competency in a range of administrative tasks
  • Excellent organisational skills with good time management
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Polite, courteous and Empathetic telephone manner
  • IT literate, competent in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to drive due to the dual site working

Job Types:
Part-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 3 months

Part-time hours: 21 per week


Salary:
£18,018.00 per year
