We're looking for an experienced
Registered Manager for a busy and thriving complex care at home service.


You'll be managing multi-disciplinary teams, supporting your staff to deliver the highest quality care and service to people in their own home who have a complex healthcare need.

You'll be an experienced manager of either domiciliary care, or complex careat home, with good business acumen and strong leadership skills.


Complex Care is a really interesting part of the social care market to work within, so it would suit a Domiciliary care manager who is looking for a new challenge where they will enhance their skills and knowledge.

On offer is an attractive salary of circa£40,000 plus bonus scheme, 34 days leave and the opportunity to develop and progress your career.


The Registered Manager role


Essentially you are responsible for the overall operations of a service that delivers complex care to people in their own homes, ensuring that a professional, high-quality service is delivered.

You'll do this by

  • Ensuring that effective procedures are in place and follow, to support service delivery
  • Managing the office team, who in turn implement the care packages
  • Ensuring that the branch operates within the agreed budget and reaches its financial goals. You'll generate credible business plans and seek to develop the business objectives of the branch.
  • Safeguarding the people who use the service, reporting any untoward incidents or accidents to the senior management team, CQC and SA.
  • Carrying out audits on the service in accordance with the company's quality procedures.

What we're looking for somebody who

  • Has a good track record in managing a successful car service it would be great if you have experience as a Registered Manager of complex healthcare but it's not essential. We're happy to consider people with a Registered Manager background in domiciliarycare, residential care, supported living or nursing care. You'll need a good working knowledge of CQC requirements.
  • Demonstrates sound business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and finances and develop new business.
  • Is proactive in their approach to the development of the business, with the ability to network with commissioners and other funders effectively.
  • Has strong leadership and management skills, able to successfully support, motivate and develop people.
  • Has QCF5, NVQ4 or equivalent in health and social care management
