Community services is seeking a Team Leader to operationally lead to support the Community Cardiorespiratory teams in North Nottinghamshire; Bassetlaw and surrounding localities.

Are you a compassionate leader and wanting to develop your leadership skills?

  • The Team Leader will support and deputise for the Head of Service in the operational management and service development within the Cardiorespiratory service providing strong leadership and ensuring the delivery of high quality, safe and effective care to patients within the community
  • The Team Leader will support with the continuous professional development of the respective workforce, supporting the Head of Service with the development of the services, performance capability, undertake or coordinate service improvement and governance initiatives, supporting the development of policy and practice and deputise for the Head of Service.
