    Midweight Creative (art director) - Reporting to: Creative DirectorHouse of Greenland is looking for a midweight art director.

    This is not a junior position, but for theright person, it's an incredible chance to join an agency that's rapidly growing and has big ambitions.

    Drawn from the worlds of advertising, design, production and strategy we're a creative agency workingfor clients such as, Google, Red Bull, YouTube, The Tate and BT.

    And unlike most agencies that like theidea of making film and television, we're actually making it happen with our Studio division.

    You
    • Creative (art director) with at least 3-5 years experience.
    • Conceptually-led, you have a portfolio full of persuasive, commercially successful work acrossdigital, print and film
    • Understand how brands work and the value of strategy
    • Understand the value of craft and attention to detail
    • Keen to present to clients
    • Ambitious - you want to take ownership of your work, get it made and push your career forward
    • Utterly passionate about culture in all its forms
    • A team player able to work with production, strategy and accounts
    • A lovely person, eager to help build the culture of the agencyThe roleThe role is about solving business problems with conceptual ideas. Day-to-day you can expect to:
    • Use your graphic, visual, UI, UX, typographic, photographic and illustrative experience to artdirect your ideas
    • Have the taste and confidence to create work that adheres to the principles of balance,hierarchy, alignment and space) across graphic, UI and UX, animation and video design
    • To act as a trusted creative resource for our clients: they will understand the way you work andultimately, trust your opinion
    • Champion high standards and inspire the creative team
    • To promote the agency's creative point of view across different projects and clients
    • Enrich the culture of the creative department and the agency with your influences, experiencesand tastes
    ● Manage your time and process to work across multiple projectsWorking at HoGWe're based just off Broadway Market in Hackney
