THE ROLE

Due to their ongoing success and busy events programme there is now an exciting opportunity for a Delegate Registration Coordinator to come on board and support across their range of events.

Working within their internal events team you will be supporting onall aspects of delegate logistics for projects, including:

Processing and managing all delegate communications and queries
Creating and managing delegate communications and ensuring their timely execution
Managing and executing event registration systems
Utilising technology to enhance the delegate journey
Supporting with elements including staffing and accommodation, venue catering and furniture requirements, signage, stands and couriers
Supporting with any registration related issues
Supporting the Senior Delegate Manager in managing customer experience and follow up to resolve any customer queries
Onsite support and registration
