    About the Job:

    Focusing on continuous growth and development accessible to individuals of all abilities, we are looking for someone to join our team in the Health and Care sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across different markets, providing you with a wide range of possibilities for success.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Compliance with quality standards set by Reed Community Care Services and RSR corporate practices
    • Collaboration within internal and external multi-disciplinary teams
    • Maintain Registered Manager status and responsibilities of regulated services with CQC

    You should have:

    • Extensive experience in service delivery and recruitment within Health and Social Care
    • Demonstrated ability in growing business and development
    • Prior experience as a Registered Manager or in managing regulated services
    • Knowledge of legislation related to Community Care
    • Capability to implement and review Service User Plans and handle complex cases

    Desirable Qualifications:

    • QCF 4/5 qualification or higher (LMCS, RMA, or equivalent)
    • Driver's license and access to a car for travel
