Description
We are recruiting for a Programme Director of Consumer Duty on behalf of a well known global Payments brand.

6 month contract:

Flexible/remote working:

£720 per day (inside IR35)
The Consumer Duty Programme Director is responsible for managing all aspects of our global clients Consumer Duty program.


This includes; Coordinating internal and external resources, reviewing and contributing to documents for internal reviews and submissions to regulators, assisting in the definition of program objectives, creating and communicating project plans, trackingand documenting approvals, maintaining project collateral, leading and documenting meetings, identifying program risks and developing risk mitigation plans.

  • Proven ability to understand complex business processes and technology interfaces
  • Ability to learn quickly and understand and manage across a broad number of business disciplines (Legal, Finance, Analytics, Operations, Compliance and Regulatory, Technology, Operations, Risks)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools. Project Management Tools such as MS Project is a plus.
