A well-established waste management business is currently looking for a dedicated and driven Assistant Accountant to come and join their collaborative team in Coventry.

This is a fantastic role for someone who has previous experience in a similar role and working within a strong finance function, someone who is keen to progress their accounting knowledge and be able to support junior members of the team with their day today.

Ideally, you will:

Have previous experience working within an accounts function in order to build off those skills and support an accounts junior within the team.
Be able to produce management reporting and various financial accounting duties including; fixed assets, balance sheets and general ledgers.
Be a confident communicator in order to liaise with the wider business, including auditors, effectively on various key business projects.
Strong organisation skills and the ability to forward plan in order to support and impact business growth and future finance progress.
