Berkeley Scott is partnered with a 5 star standard hotel to help them find a Bar and Lounge Manager. You will be responsible for the running of the daily operation of the bar and lounge working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager. Part of an exciting hospitality group with exciting plans for the future. They are looking for a candidate that is from a high end hotel or restaurant background, who really wants to improve the bar and lounge offering.
