We are currently recruiting for Full Time Flexible Advisors within our Manchester City Centre
office.
Capita plc is the UK's leading provider of business process management and professional support services.
Our office at Oxford Road in Manchester City Centre, provides contact centre and admin support for a well-known UK financial institution.
Our Flexible Advisors work in small teams receiving full training as well as ongoing support and development.Our typical opening hours are 8am - 6pm from Mondays to Fridays 37.5 hours per week.
There are no weekend hours.

What you'll do
The job will involve both administration and phone work. You will answer calls from policyholders, financial advisors and other professionals who require information about our client's policies. Where needed, you could also be completing administration work that will arise from the call.
You will also be processing various administration tasks accurately and in a timely correspondence
You will review payments being made to customers and deal with death claims on the annuity policies. You will process new cases to pay an annuity. There will also be general admin duties such as printing, photocopying, and scanning.

- Previous experience in a customer service role

- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
- Someone who is punctual and reliable
