A leading, multi-national consumer business are seeking a Global HRIS Analyst to join their growing HR function in Watford (Hybrid Working)


About the role:

  • Supporting the ongoing improvement, usage and testing of the HR system
  • Supporting the implementation of the HR system
  • Advising and guiding key business leaders on the HR systems
  • Identify process improvements
  • Keep up with best practice and ensure HR system capabilities

About you:

  • Proven experience working in an HRIS role
  • Experience handling People Data
  • Experience using a widely used HR system
  • Strong communication skills
This role will pay between £40,000 - £48,000, depending on experience.
