Our busy Lending telephone department are looking for chatty, professional people to join us as a Mortgage Support Advisor (known internally as New Lending Support Advisor) We're here to help and support our intermediary customers who are going throughthe mortgage process with us.

It's a fast paced, telephone based, supportive environment who have built up an excellent reputation in the mortgage broker marketplace and are known for their friendly and effective service.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

You'll liaise and work closely with all our mortgage teams to ensure we provide clear and correct information to our customers.

You'll enjoy learning so keeping up to date with product and policy changes will be key. Achieving quality standards will also beimportant but we don't have sales targets to achieve.

We have a great accreditation programme that we support you through, allowing you to grow through the different levels of the role, gain more skills and increaseyour salary Once you are trained and comfortable there will be hybrid blend of working from home and in our new office in Coventry (minimum of 2 days in the office) which includes free car parking, self-service restaurant, games, well-being and a multi faithprayer rooms.

You'll already have experience in delivering high levels of customer service from a fast paced environment, but that can either telephone-based or face to face.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build a strong rapport with customers will bekey.
You'll have the confidence to own and manage any complex issues professionally and calmly, whilst being happy to learn new things, be PC-literate and able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and care

Being comfortable working in changing environment with the ability to respond to different business requirement will be important as we will always help the greater area when needed.
