    About the position

    Duties

    Medical Connections offers well-established commercially supported software toolkits and consultancy for DICOM & XDS integration to Developers globally. We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Junior Software Developer to join our dynamic team. We are searching for a self-motivated individual with a passion for learning and progress, who enjoys teamwork and has a flexible approach to work.

    We are located in Swansea Vale, conveniently close to the M4 with ample free parking, shops, gyms, and food outlets nearby.

    • Participate in team meetings and share ideas.
    • Assist in application development and testing.
    • Collaborate with a diverse team of developers and managers.
    • Understand Medical Connections' software toolkits and consultancy for DICOM & XDS integration to Developers globally.
    • Effectively manage assigned technical tasks and development objectives.

    Additional details

    • The role involves a mix of technical tasks and programming.

    Team and Work Environment

    • On-site role at our Swansea office, full-time.
    • No previous software development experience needed, but familiarity with NET & .NET core, SQL, and Git source control is advantageous.

      Qualifications

      • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade A*-C / Level 2 preferred.
      • A-Levels or BTEC in computing.

      • Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
