Description

Catalent are currently recruiting for a Quality Systems Administrator.

The Quality Systems Administrator will provide administrative support for site Quality Management Systems, including the electronic document system, general systems, and document archiving.

The Role:

Administration activities for the site electronic document system, including:
document change checks.
Provision of support to system users/general enquiries.
Issue of notifications and maintenance of the system for periodic document reviews
Assigning training items.
Customer liaison where required.
Provide administrative support for the archiving, disposal, and customer return of batch manufacturing records.
Assist with maintenance of the site templates system.

- initiation/receipt of Purchase Orders.

Conduct office safety checks.
Simplify & improve the ways of working within the Quality function.
Provide support to the wider QMS and Compliance Team.
Perform any other duties as may be required by line management.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word.
Experience working within administration team.
Good attention to detail.
Knowledge of, and experience of electronic data management systems, e.g., document management systems, training management systems.
Strong communication skills.
Previous experience working within a GMP environment (advantageous).
