Manual Operator - Northampton, United Kingdom - Cosworth
Description
The role would be responsible for supporting the manufacturing of components by loading line, finishing component parts, washing, packing and dispatch preparation to customer specification.
The Role:
- Complete operations appropriate to the skills contained in the training matrix to the documentation provided and to the times allocated.
- Critical review of the parts and documentation, prior to dispatch with responsibility to identify substandard parts by questioning, reviewing, and resolving issues to adhere to the documented standards.
- Package parts to the documented standard.
- Completion of the responsibilities to the agreed delivery date and time.
- A forwardthinking individual, who is able to display an aptitude for improvement, cleanliness and structured approach to their working environment.
- Willing to learn new skills and be flexible and versatile in their working day.
- Consider the health and safety, environmental and energy impact of all activities.
- Support the Company's compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018, following policy and best practice.
- Engineering workshop experience.
- Able to work from clear Engineering work instructions.
- Excellent Time keeping.
- Mass Production work experience.
Shift 1
Monday to Thursday: 06:00 to 14:00
Friday 06:00 to 13:00
Shift 2
Monday to Thursday: 14:00 to 22:00
Friday: 13:00 to 20:00
