Kirsty's is a fast growing "allergen free" food manufacturing business based in the leafy outskirts of Harrogate.

We have ambitious plans for our portfolio of chilled & frozen food and as a result we need a Process Technologist with an excellent eye for detail to manage our '2nd stage' NPD & EPD product development & process validation.

As an entrepreneurial company we are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work collaboratively and demonstrate forward thinking.

Key responsibilities in this role include:

With support, manage projects in line with critical path resolving any issues in a timely manner before launch
Plan, organise and carry out trials on new products to ensure products can be manufactured consistently and in line with the business expectations
Ensure all relevant data is collected, documented and communicated throughout the trial process
Work with Technical to ensure food safety, legality and quality standards are met for all new & existing product development
Work with our comanufacturers to ensure alignment between processes and oversee development of products in line with Kirsty's brand and values.
Look for opportunities to improve processes and challenge machine capabilities to help drive company growth and make things better.
