    Principal Recruitment Consultant at Bennett & Game Recruitment Limited

    Bennett and Game are looking for a Delivery Consultant to join the growing Architecture Division. This is an entry level position within the business with no previous experience required, although an interest in the Construction industry would be beneficial. Once you have completed our in-house, on the job training plan you will add value by assisting the sales team within the construction division.

    As a Delivery Consultant you will be tasked with managing the candidate side of the process sourcing potential CVs for active positions and key accounts. The ability to create a strong rapport with candidates is crucial to build trust, providing excellent levels of customer service and surpassing their expectations in relation to their journey with us.

    Delivery Consultant Position Overview

    Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the assignment.

    Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements.

    Place and update adverts, monitor responses and applications received and make sure that candidate's applications are processed efficiently

    Provide general administrative support to the recruitment function

    Delivery Consultant Position Requirements

    Experience within a sales or customer service environment

    An interest / understanding of the construction industry preferable but not essential

    Based within a commutable distance of Chichester

    Able to demonstrate clear and concise communication skills

    Proven written and verbal English language skills

    Strong organisation skills that are process driven and pragmatic.

    Delivery Consultant Position Remuneration

    Basic Salary £22,000

    Uncapped Commission

    Vitality Private Healthcare

    20 days' holiday + 8 days Bank Holiday + Paid Christmas shut down + 1 Additional Day's Holiday for each year of service (up to max of 25 days) and your Birthday off
