We have a fantastic opportunity for someone like you to join the delivery team within our client's organisation.


Role responsibilities:


  • Understand the client's business objectives and further develop good working and client relations.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing and new clients and recommend action to the management team.
  • Have a clear understanding of the current status of projects you would be responsible for.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to achieve the best possible solutions that fit within the business objectives.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any client issues.
  • Supporting the Account Team with queried tasks that arise as required.

Skills and experience required:

Proven experience in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Confident and Positive attitude to highlight ways to improve.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Strong and clear verbal and written English
  • Experience using a CRM system is desirable but not essential
