Role responsibilities:
- Understand the client's business objectives and further develop good working and client relations.
- Identify new opportunities within existing and new clients and recommend action to the management team.
- Have a clear understanding of the current status of projects you would be responsible for.
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to achieve the best possible solutions that fit within the business objectives.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any client issues.
- Supporting the Account Team with queried tasks that arise as required.
Skills and experience required:

Proven experience in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
:
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Confident and Positive attitude to highlight ways to improve.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Must be a team player
- Strong and clear verbal and written English
- Experience using a CRM system is desirable but not essential
