    We have incredible opportunity for a talented Demand Generation Manager to join our team and amplify our efforts in driving qualified leads to sales.

    Cronofy is used by high performance teams to power scheduling at scale. We excel where scheduling is complex with multiple people and constraints, like recruiting, coaching and healthcare. We relentlessly focus on performance, security, support and reliability, making us the market leader in embedded scheduling infrastructure.

    The marketing team focuses on raising the profile of the business and generating new leads to support our high-growth plans.

    Alongside brand awareness and product differentiation, new business is key to our growth and success—this is where you come in


    Working within a team of product marketers, a marketing manager and content producers, this is an exciting role that will work across all marketing channels and support our high growth go-to-market goals.

    Planning demand generation campaigns and activity, overseeing activities from execution to analysis

    Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, LTV, and other channel metrics

    Hands-on management of all paid social, and PPC campaigns

    Own experimentation processes around testing copy and creative to prove hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations

    Track lead lifecycle and conversion rates from first contact to closed deal through our CRM

    Leverage lead and channel data to refine our lead tracking automation efforts

    Be confident in planning, executing and reporting on all demand generating activities

    Have a apacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks

    Be flexible in the way you work and ability to travel when needed

    Analytically inclined, with exceptional project and budget management skills

    Confident in data analysis and the ability to translate data into actionable insights to inform your next tactical decision

    Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of projects, and meet deadlines


    We understand demand generation is a broad and evolving discipline, so maybe you have worked agency side, sharpened your skills in-house or taken a less common route to performance marketing— either way we'd love to hear from you.

    We are a customer-focused business—whether that's sales, marketing or product design.


    The marketing team meet daily to focus our efforts on the most important tasks, whether those are brand or product marketing initiatives.

    Critical for the brand and product team members to work cohesively.

    Our marketing team is small, so prioritization of time and resources is critical.

    We can support a predominantly remote, office-based, or hybrid working model. Pension scheme matched at 5% (gross)
