JobOverview:
As a Private ClientLegal Secretary you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smoothoperation of the private client team.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the private clientdepartment.
Manage and organizelegal documents correspondence and clientfiles.
Coordinate appointmentsmeetings and travel arrangements for legalprofessionals.
Assist in thepreparation of legal documents including wills trusts and probateforms.
Handle client inquiriesand maintain positive clientrelationships.
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Legal Secretary preferably in private clientservices.
Strong organisationaland multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office suite and legal case managementsoftware.
