LEGAL SECRETARY – MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE – PERMANENT – £23,500

YOUR NEW COMPANY

An exciting opportunity to join a well-established legal firm who are leaders in their field. Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join a brand-new team in their growing Manchester office.

YOUR NEW ROLE

You will primarily be working within the main office supporting one Partner and one Fee Earner– experience as a Legal Secretary is essential.

You will be providing extensive support to a team of Fee Earners, duties will include

·preparation of incoming and outgoing post

·high volumes of audio and copy typing of correspondence

·Letters and reports, preparation of documents

·Diary management

·Scheduling meetings and conference calls.

·You will also be liaising with clients and other legal professionals over the telephone, screening calls, taking messages, and resolving queries.

WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within matrimonial law, possess excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and the ability to liaise with people/clients all levels
