Description

Currently based at Breightmet Health Centre in Bolton (although cover at other bases may be a requirement of the role), this role will provide support to the Memory Assessment and Dementia and Complex Care Teams.

The post holder will carry out day-to-day administrative duties, as well as being responsible for providing relevant managers with vital information relating to DQ targets, ensuring accurate, up to date recording of patient information on both Health and Social Care systems, for staff across a range of disciplines.

It will also include the line management, supervision and appraisals of all admin staff within the Adult Community Mental Health Teams based at Breightmet Health Centre.

There will be some aspect of PA duties to the Senior Manager of the Team.


This post is currently full time and may require the post holder to travel to other sites within the directorate and other Trust locations as and when required.


To provide a full and comprehensive administrative support role, to manage and co-ordinate the administrative and ancillary support function in the Memory Assessment Team and Dementia and Compex Care Community Teams, ensuring the most efficient and effective use of resources.


The post holder will have line management and supervisory responsibility for the Team and Reception Administrators and support staff will be responsible for the coordination of the validation of all reports coming into the service in regards to data quality and data completeness.

The post holder will be responsible for the assurance of meeting all local and national targets.
