Real Time Analyst
Location:
Hybrid Working - Birmingham Based
(5 days office based for 1st 6 months, then 2 days per week office based/ 3 days home working)
Salary £23,000 to £26,000
Shifts Monday to Friday, 09:00X18:00
Start Date TBC
Skills Required:
- Experience in a data analysis related role.
- Experience of Scheduling/Rotas.
- Experience of Excel.
- Ability to understand and interpret large data sets to help drive performance and operational insight.
- Attention to detail with an ability to maintain this when working under pressure.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and adapt to a demanding and varied workload.
Nice to have:
- Experience in multichannel contact centre environment.
What you will do:
- Maximize contact centre performance through optimization of scheduled activities.
- Using forecasting tools to develop projected future contact activity, alongside daily, weekly, monthly and annual trends.
- Provide consistent communication between the Head of Reservations, Team Managers and Senior Stakeholders.
- Plan and schedule coaching sessions, meetings, training and any special events based on business requirements.
- Work as part of a team to create and generate detailed schedules based on forecasted staffing requirements.
