A bit about the role


The Absoft PMO Coordinator will support the Operations Manager and Project Management Group to enable the smooth and effective delivery of our projects and services while improving efficiency and streamlining our processes.


The PMO Coordinator will carry out capacity planning and productivity analysis with the aim of facilitating continuous improvement and maximising billable resource utilisation.

This role will suit a process-driven individual with strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain good relationships at all levels
  • Enthusiastic and flexible with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills along with decisionmaking and time management capabilities
  • Experience of Resource Management strategic workforce planning, demand planning/forecasting, talent management or Operational Planning
  • Knowledge of forecasting processes and procedures
  • Excellent computer skills including expert spreadsheet and data management skills.
  • Previous consulting or professional services experience would be highly beneficial

Your day-to-day
Key tasks and responsibilities of this role will be split across three main areas:


  • Project Controls_
  • Resource planning and capacity analysis.
  • Customer metric analysis to include gross margin.
  • Implement and Support uniform project management techniques
  • Support of the Project Management Group
  • Revenue forecasting
  • Management of WBS structures in SAP
  • Definition and maintenance of project metrics and KPI's
  • Conduct post project feedback reviews with customers
  • Project document control and management
  • Provides status of milestones across the project portfolio and supports planning
  • Reuses project learning and knowledge

Operations Support_

  • Deputises where appropriate for the Operations Manager
  • Organisational reporting support
  • Collection and analysis of data to identify business trends while highlighting opportunities for improvement to the Operations Manager.
  • Employee onboarding support
  • Drive and support system updates and changes

Finance_

  • Weekly validation and creating of company T&M invoices
  • Timewriting reviews and approvals
  • Period end Support
