- Demonstrable experience in supporting clients in SAP HCM/Payroll
- Proficiency in configuring and customising SAP HCM/Payroll modules including Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Time Management and Payroll
- Familiarity with UK Payroll – both technical and legislative
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you're great at making concepts simple and easy to understand
- Experience in contributing to pre-sales activities
- SAP Certification in HCM/Payroll is desirable
- Provide expert support and guidance to clients in the maintenance, configuration and optimisation of SAP HCM/Payroll modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to HCM/Payroll processes, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations
- Supporting HR incidents, service requests or change requests for our existing customers, as well as involvement in specific projects.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs
- Assisting in pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, presentations and client discussions
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development within the team
