Description
Due to the successful growth of this independent SRA authorised legal business, a new, senior level role for a business leader has become available.
Reporting to the Claims & Legal Services Director, the successful candidate will work closely with the firm's partners to oversee the strategic, operational and day to day development of the business.
Along with an outstanding benefits package, the salary sits at circa £150,000 with a 30% bonus.To be considered for this role, you will have a background working in legal or insurance services as a Managing Director, Head of Operations, COO or Financial Director and must have experience in leading independently and taking responsibility for decisions made to improve the team and business offering.
Whilst this firm have a central Leeds office, this role requires the successful candidate to be based out of their Manchester office 3 days per week.
Work with the Claims & Legal Services Director in the development of the firm's strategic vision and long-term goals.
Financial Management:
Work closely with the finance team, manage the firm's financial performance and budget.
Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimisation.
Enhance the firm's reputation and brand within the insurance and legal community.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Partners and senior leaders.
