    Accounts Manager / Senior Manager

    Our client, a well-respected accountancy firm dedicated to providing customized financial advice to support business growth, is seeking an Accounts Manager / Senior Manager to join their team.

    Job Type:
    Permanent

    - Play a key role in planning and evaluating accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships, and Limited Companies.
    - Opportunity for advancement to Partner level in 5 to 10 years.
    - Support a partner in accounts work and team management.
    - Finalize accounts and ensure timely delivery to clients.
    - Manage budget allocation, staff training, tax preparation, and client advising.
    - Conduct client meetings for tax planning and advice and oversee client billing.

    Requirements:
    - Previous experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar role.
    - Experience in preparing accounts in a dynamic accountancy practice.
    - ACA or ACCA qualification.
    - Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage, Quickbooks, or Xero.
    - Strong organizational skills and effective workload management.
