    About the Role:


    As an Accounts Manager / Senior Manager, you will have a crucial role in strategizing and evaluating accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships, and Limited Companies.

    There's potential for growth to Partner level within an estimated 5 to 10 years.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Supporting a partner with accounts tasks and team management.
    • Finalizing accounts and ensuring prompt delivery to clients.
    • Allocating budgets and overseeing staff training.
    • Handling tax preparation and providing guidance to clients.
    • Conducting client meetings for tax planning and recommendations.
    • Managing daily correspondence and emails efficiently.
    • Supervising client billing and portfolio activities.



    Requirements:

    Essential:
    • Prior experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar capacity.
    • Minimum of 1-year post-qualification experience.
    • Experience in preparing accounts in a dynamic accountancy environment.
    • ACA or ACCA qualification.


    Desirable:
    • Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage, Quickbooks, or Xero, and accounts production software like CCH.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with effective workload management abilities.
