Job Summary


CameraMatics are looking for a commercially savvy sales administrator who will be an integral part of the Commercial team and will be the conduit between the sales team and the operations/finance team.


You'll be working directly with some of our largest customers to ensure they receive industry-leading after-sales support, from their solution investments into CameraMatics.


Responsibilities And Duties

  • Manage all postsales activity for CameraMatics customers through progressive adoption activities, order processing, and project management.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the CameraMatics product portfolio and speak with customers about the relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs to be able to direct them to the correct department.
  • Check all details on new Sales Orders
  • Request vehicle and site location details from the customer
  • Review and manage all sales information and quality in Sales Force
  • Review and challenge progress on the Open Orders report
  • Ensure information is obtained for customers with specific requirements e.g. Fraikin
  • Large deals there is an element of project management on larger deals to ensure we're tracking and invoicing correct vehicle types, quantities, prices, amendments, etc.
  • Inputting Sales Orders into SAP
  • Processing repeat hardware orders for existing cus
  • Develop strong relationships with Sales, Customer Success, BDM's & Operations to ensure alignment and partnerships to support sales thru services selling.
  • Be able to communicate technical issues in business or technical terms to the relevant departments.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4 years in similar role
  • Strong knowledge in MS word and process understanding
  • Strong commercial understanding and experience in dealing with customers
  • Strong communication skills and technical aptitude
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, CSM/CRM tools
  • Selfmotivated team player who has fresh ideas
  • A real gogetter who takes the initiative to get things done
  • Enjoys working closely with customers to deliver value and outstanding experience
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to own and drive initiatives to completion
SAP experience would be an advantage but not essential
