School Finance Manager, Oxford

Part time, permanent (2.5 days a week) to £35,000 pro rata - flexible hours and hybrid once settled

Responsibilities

Management of corporate banking (Barclays)
Budgeting and preparation of monthly reporting (2x holding companies and assistance with the accounts for the charity)
Bookkeeping
Payroll
Monthly invoicing & payments
Debtor management
Accountability for Co-Sec and statutory filing for each of the corporate entities
Management of annual audits though an external provider
Oversight of the school obligations matrix (major and minor contracts for the group)
