- Plan, execute, and oversee the implementation of SAP S/4 Hana solutions within the IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with budget, scope, and timeline constraints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including network, security, and database administrators, to ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4 Hana systems.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals.
- Conduct risk management planning, identification, analysis, and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and configuration guides.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in SAP S/4 Hana and IT infrastructure technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management, with at least 2 years with SAP S/4 Hana Setup and Implementation.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and designing scalable, secure, and resilient systems.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, database management, and security protocols as they relate to SAP systems.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP certification, particularly in S/4 Hana.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and services, especially as they relate to SAP deployments.
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, etc.) are a plus.
- Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
