· Lifting Equipment
· Jigs and Fixtures
· Presses
· Welding Equipment
Developing and updating maintenance standards, procedures and schedules
Developing and maintaining spares lists, spares inventories and 3rd part service provider contracts as appropriate

· Maintenance procedure / standards documentation writing
· Maintenance budgeting and cost planning
· Maintenance / equipment supplier contract execution
· Spare parts analysis and inventory planning
· Equipment reliability and durability estimation
· Periodic/scheduled Inspection and Maintenance Planning
· Emergency / line-down response process definition and execution
· Equipment / asset tracking and management
DESIRABLE
Condition based / predictive maintenance planning
Experience in an automotive production line equipment, including one or more of the following
· Press Shop
