Steer scrum teams on incorporating agile techniques to ensure objectives are being met to the best of the teams' ability, such as sprint goals.
Engage in wider business agile gatherings and contribute positively to the ongoing agile adoption across the business.Coordinate work with development, compliance and infrastructure teams and encourage a collaborative mindset with influencers from outside the scrum team.
Collect and inspect team performance and metrics, using this data and your own experience to encourage improvement through various agile practices and philosophies, such as scope negotiation, waste management and milestone management.
2 or more years' experience as a scrum master (or similar role)~ Deep understanding of what agile and scrum is, how it can be applied and the benefits it can bring to a business.
