    Was dich erwartet:
    Du unterstützt bei der weiteren Etablierung von Scrum im Unternehmen
    Du übernimmst das Coaching der Scrum-Teams im Selbstmanagement mit Fokussierung auf Sprint- und Product-Goals sowie der Moderation von Scrum-Events
    Du beseitigst Hindernisse und förderst die Kommunikation zwischen Scrum-Teams und Stakeholdern aktiv
    Du unterstützt die Product Owner im Backlog-Management und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern
    Du stimmst dich mit anderen internen Scrum Mastern eng ab, um einheitliche Standards zu erhalten und zu fördern sowie zur stetigen Qualitätssteigerung beizutragen
    Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenens Studium im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich
    Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung in agil arbeitenden Teams, idealerweise aus dem Banken- oder IT-Umfeld
    Du hast stark ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz, Moderationsfähigkeiten und Empathie sowie die Fähigkeit zu motivieren und deeskalieren
    Ideal wären Zertifizierungen in agilen Projektmanagementmethoden oder Frameworks wie Scrum
    Du hast eine analytische und konzeptionelle Denkweise sowie strategisches Vorgehen bei komplexen Fragestellungen
    Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert, selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst
    Du hast Spaß daran, dich in neue oder noch unbekannte Themengebiete einzuarbeiten
    Deine Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sind mindestens auf dem Niveau C1, da die Projekt- und Dokumentationssprache Deutsch ist
