The Role:

A 12-month fixed-term contract Institutional Client Support opportunity has arisen in the Institutional Equity & Multi-Asset client team.

The role is to provide support to Client Directors in servicing a broad range of UK and international institutional andwholesale clients investing in funds and sub-advisory/seg mandates across our wholesale strategies.

The team currently look after c£8bn in client AUM.

Providing solutions to investors through sub-advisory mandates is a focus area for M&G Investments and as such we anticipate significant growth in the number of clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage, and deal effectively and accurately with the flow of incoming client and consultant queries.
Support the team in planning and coordinating client/internal meetings, processing expenses and submitting invoices.
Liaise with interdepartmental teams as necessary on behalf of team members.
Help to collate information for production of client reports
Manage distribution of periodic client reports.

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Excellent organisational & interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
Proficient in M&S Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience in financial services is not essential but would be a positive
