- Greet
hotel guests and respond positively to their queries. - Handle
the removal of used laundry. - Keep
the linen room organised and tidy. - Sort
and count linen and towels for collection by the laundry company, ensure
sufficient stock is available. - Check
all laundry in and out, ensuring all documentation is checked and completed as
necessary. - Report
any technical issues, damages, and maintenance needs to the Housekeeping
Manager. - Perform
cleaning and maintenance of all storage, corridors, and public areas, in
accordance with the company's standards. - Support
the Housekeeping team with the cleaning duties when needed. - Assist
in the moving of furniture. - Follow
the correct procedure for lost property. - Comply
to all health, safety, and hygiene rules. - Experience
in a similar role is preferable but not essential as training will be given. - Engaging, and motivated.
- Flexibility
to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations. - Attention to details and customer needs.
