- Building of harnesses for the armoured vehicles.
- Fault finding and rectification.
- Design and develop electrical solutions for vehicles.
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults.
- Reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams.
- Modifying electrical circuits, loom buildings, and installations
- Removing, fitting, and upgrading interior and exterior parts.
- Working with new technologies such as P/HEV and M/HEV.
- High school diploma and auto electrical qualification certificate or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as an auto electrician.
- Advanced knowledge of modern vehicular electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in operating electrical diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Candidates are required to have their own basic tool set.
- 6am to 5pm Mon-Thurs 6am-1pm Friday
- Overtime possibly available on Saturdays6am – 12.00
- Long term contracts
- Outside the iR35
- This work is contract work - Limited Company or Umbrella.
