    We are now looking for a Town Planner to join our Planning team based in our Bristol office which includes teams from Planning, Design, Transport, Infrastructure and Heritage.

    We are open to consider candidates on a full time or part time basis and you will be able to enjoy the benefits of our agile working policy, providing the successful candidate with flexible hybrid working to meet your own individual needs and define your work life balance.

    As a part of a leading consultancy in the UK, you will be given the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of planning projects covering various sectors and dealing with a variety of clients.

    We cover all kinds of planning work in the Bristol office, there is a focus on renewables, residential including specialist housing for senior people and commercial (employment and town centre) development.

    You'll be undertaking public consultation, preparing, submitting and monitoring planning applications, as well as collating evidence for appeals, negotiating applications and also moving towards managing your own projects.

    Do you pride yourself on producing high-quality work?
    Previous experience in researching, preparing, submitting planning applications, statements and appraisals or experience in dealing with pre-application enquiries, determining applications and preparing Officer Reports;
