Credit Controller, Frimley, c£31k (to £ % OTE Bonus) + Benefits
This is a full-time permanent office-based Credit Control role.


Reporting to the Head of Finance the overall Job objective is to provide a robust credit control resource which supports different parts of the business and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout.

The aim is to ensure all debt is collected withinpayment terms and to resolve issues relating to payment and the invoicing process when required.

Tasks and Responsibilities.

  • Collect debt due from customers for companies in the group as directed by the Head of Finance.
  • Respond to customer queries through communication with other departments and provide continuously high levels support, to ensure that complete customer satisfaction is maintained, and cash is collected when due.
  • Liaise closely with colleagues on a daytoday basis to ensure tasks are completed as and when required.
  • Use Xero to facilitate the processing and allocation of cash receipts.
  • Maintain contact information for all purchase ledger contacts with customers using the job management system.
  • To develop and maintain daily reporting systems for cash and collections.
  • To maintain the highest level of accuracy with regards to data entry and financial processing.
  • To carry out other tasks that may be required in order to maintain the smooth operation and development of the business.


Salary is up to £28k + a 10% performance related bonus (OTE c£31k) and benefits include 25 days holiday, pension and an early finish on a Friday.
