    £12.97 per hour

    37.5 hours per week – No Late Nights and Alternative Weekends

    Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Chef at Noble House, Worcester.

    The role of Chef will include:

    • Deliver high-quality catering services tailored to individual needs, including special diets.
    • Promote and monitor food hygiene and safety standards.
    • Interact daily with residents, visitors, and colleagues with a friendly and approachable manner.
    • Manage food and labour budgets through effective planning and purchasing.
    • Oversee orders, stock locations, and audits for efficient operations.
    • Maintain the Food Safety Management System and ensure team compliance.
    • Schedule cleaning and maintenance routines for sanitation and safety
    • Assist in staff supervision and development.

    Skills and experiences:

    • Previous experience of working in a catering environment is essential along with experience of cooking for various groups of people
    • A valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
    • Knowledge of online catering software packages
    • Proven knowledge of health and safety procedures
    • Some experience of setting and managing budgets
