Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of coffee baristas, bartenders, and banquet staff in a hotel or catering setting.
Ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service in all food and beverage production areas.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages for banquets, events, and daily service.
Train and mentor team members on proper techniques, recipes, and service standards.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to meet health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
Collaborate with the assistant manager to develop strategies for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Experience:

Previous experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry is required.
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, bartending skills, banquet operations, and food production processes.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, customers, and management.
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problemsolving skills to address issues that may arise during service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
