The People Analytics team use People Data to deliver actionable insights to HR teams and managers across the business, enabling them to make informed people decisions.

We lead on Data Quality, with Oracle and ServiceNow being Entain's global strategic systems for People data.

We are working towards optimizing our use of these key systems, whilst currently delivering much of our insights through PowerBI - whatever the platform or solution we seek to drive adoption of these insights and promote a data-driven culture across the People Team.


As a People Analytics Lead you play a pivotal role to inform and drive people decisions by acting as a Trusted Partner to our key stakeholders to identify, scope, develop and deploy People reporting and analytical solutions across the business.

The role is hands-on to help deliver work directly and to lead projects working globally: As well as partnering with stakeholders across the business, you will also lead the Reporting & Analytics work on specific workstreams within our programme of transformation as we implement new modules in our Strategic People systems.

It's a key role managing many different relationships, underpinning all the work the People Analytics team delivers. Key responsibilities

  • Own the relationship with key Stakeholders, partnering with them and relevant solutions teams to translate business requirements into Reporting solutions
  • Own and lead workstreams for the PA Team on largescale programmes of work from HR Transformation to largescale Organization Design change activity
  • Contribute to the team's work pipeline by identifying HR analytics projects, overseeing delivery of solutions through to completion
  • Drive Data Quality and identify areas for continuous improvement, working with other teams to identify process changes and tech requirements to deliver data integrity
  • Be a credible Data Analytics partner and SME on key HR metrics and KPIs providing expert advice and guidance
  • Manage and oversee development of BAU reporting activities, supported by the People Analytics Analysts.
  • Develop, enhance and maintain management reporting analyses and HR metrics dashboards
  • Oracle and ServiceNow, supported by PowerBI as necessary

Specialist skills and experience Essential

  • Experience of delivering HR Management Information and Reporting products that continue to serve customers' requirements
  • Strong consulting skills to determine requirements and recommend reporting solutions
  • Problem solving and forward thinking (beyond fixing the immediate ask, seeking to understand the root cause)
  • Experience in writing Insight reports and presentations, analyzing different data sets to answer business questions
  • Evidence of building strong relationships and engaging with Senior Stakeholders; familiar with working on sensitive projects and with confidential data
  • Confidence to engage with audiences remotely via video calls as well as engaging facetoface with smaller groups and senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrable data visualisation skills and experience in designing dashboards
  • Proven Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel (use of VBA for process automation a plus) and experience of using PowerBI data engineering and visualization
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in an HR reporting/analytics environment Desired
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM Reporting and Dashboards
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Reporting and Dashboards
  • Knowledge of implementing Oracle HCM Analytics or similar People Analytics platforms
  • Experience of using wireframe software or similar tool for data visualization mockups Competencies / behaviours
