- Compile and organize all necessary information for PQQ submissions.
- Complete and submit PQQ documents in accordance with project timelines.
- Collaborate closely with the preconstruction manager and operational teams to address technical requirements outlined in PQQ documents.
- Design PQQ submission documents to showcase company capabilities and experience.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across all PQQ submissions.
- Proofread and edit PQQ documents to ensure clarity and professionalism.
- Ensure deadlines for PQQ submissions are met consistently.
- Manage and update the PQQ library to ensure all relevant documentation is current.
- Liaise with internal teams and divisions to gather and share best practices and project details for inclusion in PQQ submissions.
- Proven track record of strong writing skills, particularly in a technical or construction-related context.
- Proficiency in InDesign or similar software for document design and layout.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry is highly desirable.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + PAID TRAVEL + Commission + AMAZING benefits
Hours: 40 hours
Start: Immediate (willing to wait for notice period)
Contract: Permanent - (Hybrid) 1 day WFH
Location: Tottenham Court Road, West London
Culture Guru is recruiting for a PQQ / Bid Coordinator - specifically who has experience managing pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) within the construction/ fit-out industry and has basic knowledge navigating their way around InDesign.
The PQQ / Bid Coordinator role requires someone who can demonstrate the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all PQQ submissions.
