ISS provides integrated facilities management services to a client with a national portfolio in the UK. There is a requirement for a Performance Support Administrator to join the central support function, the role will be responsible for the administration of the central CAFM system and support the coordinating and reporting of data. As one of the largest contracts within the Key Account portfolio, this is an opportunity to join an exciting and ever-growing contract.
***********As a member of the Central Support team, you will co-ordinate and administer the CAFM system (TriRiga) as well as other key contractual reporting systems. You will be responsible for both the accurate and timely provision of reporting and ensuring operational team meet contractual KPI's. The role will assume responsibility for the system a provide a supporting role to the operational team with regards to queries and task management.

Key Responsibilities
***-
Undertaking task amendments and completions in the CAFM system (TriRiga). Rescheduling of Planned Preventative maintenance tasks in line with operational requests.

Ensuring ISS policy and system processes are followed, and corrective tasks are transferred and uploaded to the CAFM in a timely fashion.

Ensuring contractual SLA's are met for all tasks and supporting data management projects.

Additional administration & support functions deemed necessary at the time.

Skilled user of Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel User
