- Applicants should have at least three years' PQE and experience dealing with all aspects of corporate law, gained within another leading regional or national law firm.

The successful candidate will work on an interesting and rewarding mix of varied, high quality corporate caseload.
You will be handling a wide range of corporate transactions including Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, MBOs and general corporate finance matters within a busy and entrepreneurial team environment.
